It’s been quite a year for all of us here at Cloud 2020 and we are certain that it has been for you too. It has had some very good moments however, and Ian and Wendy touch on these in the latest edition of 2020 Insights which you can find here.
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all our Customers and Partners who have helped to make 2020 positive in however small a way. We really did feel your support and companionship during this extraordinary year.
We are looking forward to engaging with you all again in 2021, but in the meantime we hope you and your families can savour some of the peace and joy of the festive season in whatever way you choose to celebrate.
It’s our pleasure to welcome you to our new website which we have created in with help from Lodestar Digital Marketing and Pink and Blue.
Every business knows that a good website is an essential requirement these days. We’re told it is a shop window in the world to showcase ourselves and to enable us to extend our reach far beyond people we might come into contact with from day to day. But ask most business owners when theirs was last updated and you will mostly be met with a guilty look!
So it was with us. We had intended to give our site a makeover for a couple of years now but suddenly the stars were aligned, we had the budget, we had the people and we had the vision, all we had to do was create a plan and stick to it.
The results of all that background work; asking ourselves the questions such as what should it say, look like and do, is now here in front of you. No website is ever really finished as it needs to constantly change and be refined in order to reflect what’s happening in your business to make sure that this is the place to come to for information regarding what we do, why we do it and who we do it with.
Change is a given in any business and nowhere is this more true than in a technology business where the rate of change is fast enough to make your eyes water at times. Our work as Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers puts us at the breaking wave of technology, Dynamics 365 solutions are updated regularly by Microsoft, things change quickly in this world and we change with it whilst holding our values dear and continuing to expand our expertise.
We know that building or implementing technology without input from the people it affects or who need to use it, is meaningless and will not lead to a successfully completed project. Our aim remains to listen to your business aims and the issues you face and to implement a solution that enables you to reach those goals and supports you as you do so.
We do this with Customers who come to us directly and also with those who come to us via our Partner Channel.
As part of our website revamp we have taken the opportunity to build portals for both Customers and Partners to provide easy access for Deal Registration, Project updates, Case Creation and Updates.
Also included is access to Knowledge Base articles for those ‘How do I do this?’ questions. We will be on-boarding existing Customers and Partners to these over the next few weeks so watch out for an email from us regarding this or simply email email@example.com and he will send out an invitation.
In the meantime if you would like to register directly the links are here
We have a lot of exciting news to share with you over the next few months so do check back here or follow us on twitter or LinkedIn where we will be posting more updates.
If you have topics you would like us to tackle via this blog please also let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
